Prices and Customization

The prices of the products offered in this Online Store are exclusively valid for purchases made on this website. Under our customization policy, all jewelry pieces available can be tailored to your individual taste and preferences. This includes the option to modify the type and quantity of stones used, the shape of the jewelry, and the incorporation of personalized elements.

Please note that the price of each item is subject to variations, which will depend on the modifications made to the design, as well as the type of gold used and the selection of gemstones. Such modifications will be reflected in the final price of the personalized product.

We recommend that you carefully review the specifications and costs associated with the customization of your jewelry before making your purchase. Final prices will be calculated according to your individual preferences and will be clearly communicated during the selection and design process.

For personalized pieces a deposit of 30% of the agreed budget is required. Full payment of the remaining amount is due upon delivery of the piece. Once the agreed design is accepted, minor changes can be made, but the design cannot be completely changed once the piece is completed. If that is the case, we will charge the value for the gr worked in its entirety.
